This research was conducted on how the company's performance affected satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine whether outsourcing and trust affect user company satisfaction through as a mediation, it has significant effect or not. method used for descriptive quantitative. data were collected by spreading close questionnaires Gracia Optima Incorporation Inc. Bintang Prima Kemasindo clients Putra Mentari Inc., an company. In study, PT Masterpro are populations, samples taken from 33 both companies. saturated sampling technique using all leaders staff in result showed that good given keys getting clients' It hoped next can break down variables package them more detail specifically related work contract. Trust one most influencing factors companies must maintain keep cooperation running such long period. also supported performance. could function new insight into future about theories, trust, satisfaction, practices.
